oc II

Another oc I've been working with.  I'm not happy with the lighting, but I based  it off a painting by Raphael, so if it looks familiar to you, that's why.  (Raphael's 'Bindo Altoviti' to be exact.)
I can see I also need to improve on making clothing look like proper clothing. : /
