Description: This personable female dragonling has round, slit-pupiled, beige eyes. Instead of hair, she has bony spikes on her head. She is very short and has a narrow build. Her fine scales are orange. Her face has an inhumanly reptilian look to it. She has horns on the side of her head. She has webbed ears. She has claw-like hands and human-like feet. She has tiny wings. She has a short tail tipped with spike club of bone. Her wardrobe is weird, with a lot of black.
Wacom tablet, with most of the work done in Painter Classic.

A great job. I think the sense of "being a character" stands out. I rather like the clothes - they feel like it's a "style" she has. Not too hot on the background, it helps her stand out, but I think a bit more detail would have been nice.
(reminds me to get in and take a look at the rest of the entries, myself here soon. They've always given me some neat inspiration in past)
