I usually don' t bust my buttons over so much detail, but once in a while...a character just calls for it. I think you know what I mean. :)

Thats a neat texture. I don't think I have seen a dragon with eyes like that. I like your originality.

Wow, I love the pattern of the molted skin. The rose looks very soft.

Oh my goodness, look at all of that detail! I applaud you for even thinking of something this neat. I'd have never thought to combine dragons and geckos. :D

More verbosely, the patterning of scales reminds me of very intricate weaving and glasswork at the same time. Amazing.

With the help of photoshop! Otherwise, I would a) still be working on it, or b) trashing it and starting something else. :)

Wow, that looks like you put a lot of work into it. How did you make the scales, if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you, and yes it was, and no it wasn't as much work as it seems.
I used photoshop for the patterns and colors and added highlights and shadows, and enhanced some colors and added detail afterwards. :) The detail enhancements were the time consuming part.

I gotta say- it's purdy and neat, but the scales freak me out! They're cool but... creepy... *Shivers* Great job!
