Seventh Sanctum Alien Entry

I wanted to enter two more but I'm not going to have time, unfortunately. *Ahem* Any way, this was taken from the alien generator complete:
The eel-like race. This race has tentacular limbs. They can change the color of their skin to mimic their background. Their govt. is non-functional. They have not yet mastered even one world. They come from a high gravity resource rich world that has three moons and many rings surrounding it.

So I only made a couple of rings, because I couldn't get it to look the way I wanted to.
