Playing Arturo's fluteby *Hagge

This is...if you'll excuse the expression...a watered down version of the original concept envisioned for this character.

This is based on one of

Cei Ellem's characters,[link] Rokovi, a water fae.
He is playing Arturo's flute, a magic-enhanced water stimulating flute. The water action has been considerabley toned down, as Rokovi has secured one of the minor instruments. Not everyone can play them.

I'm trying to fight my way through a depiction of Arturo playing his grand water pipe...The colors aren't cooperating...maybe they're waiting for me to depict just Arturo, first, so they can really see what they're up against.
