It's meant to be in "landscape". The mountain goat is only there for perspective's sake.

Whoa... it makes me wonder what could have made those. A colossal glacier, perhaps, or a colossal earthquake... Or, perhaps they are akin to the Himalayas, and are right on the edge of a place where two lands are continuously pushing against each other.
