Field mouse by Hagge Field mouse by Hagge
Lest anyone think I've dropped out of sight...

This is based on an actual photograph.

NO, I did not scan it in first, this is all drawn by hand. (yes it is. :) )
This is something I'd usually do with acrylics.

Yes, there is a field mouse in there. :D

This is also what I call a stress breaker.

Great! I actually thought about putting two in there, just for grins. Maybe next time. :)
And thanks for the fave. :D

the mouse is so tiny and cute. the placing is suboptimal, it could easily be cropped off (eg in print), but otherwise lovely

Thanks. Yeah, I kind of wondered about it originally, but I let it stay :)

Amazing! I got him! Awesome work.
(Although you say it was a stress-breaker, I think painting something like this would only increase my stress levels... haha)

Admittedly, when I first started it, I could only work on it for 15 mins at a time. But as it got closer to being filled, it was easier to work on for longer periods of time.
Thanks. :)
