I really love your landscapes and your composition in your pieces. ^_^ The details on tbe mountains are also very life-like... Love the fog and the mountain goat!

I found this through Tally's links. Holy freakin crap!!!

I'll confess, I don't know anything about either art or computer tech. (aka Wacom Tablets or w.e) How do you guys do this kind of thing? It's mindblowing when a person paints something like this, but when they use a computer to draw it?

If you hadn't figured it out, though, I like a it a ton, especially the rocks the goat sits on.

I swear, you took a picture and are claiming it to be your painting

:giggle: thanks...
I hafta admit it's taking me a bit to learn how to draw digitially. Normally, I work with acrylic on wc paper...takes more time, but it allows for more detail...
And sorry this took so long to answer...the work month is winding down...

Take the time? 3 seconds?
It doesn't take much time to acknowledge greatness...granted I did stare at the picture a long time...still amazed at the detail!

It's the program that came with the tablet: Painter Classic. It has an airbrush option, which can be changed to "spatter"...I use that for the upclose rocks, and then go back and fill in with highlights or shadow, as needed or wanted. :)
And thank you. :D

Very good work! The rocks, mountains and the goat are very realistic.
Maybe I'd draw the clouds/mist a bit more whiter, caus it seems like a sandstorm or something.
Really beautiful, I love it!:) :+fav:

Yeah, someone else on this end pointed it out AFTER it was posted, but I didn't want it to be mistaken for snow either...
And thank you for the comments. I really do appreciate it when people offer up advice, otherwise my art would be forever second rate...:( :)
